Our repair process.

Click to reveal details about the process.

01

Strip

The damaged area of the vehicle is fully stripped down. This can reveal previously unseen damage.

02

Panel

Bodywork and panels are repaired using the latest tools & techniques such as miracle pull systems, flat liners & welders.

03

Paint Preperation

Surfaces are prepared for painting by using cleaning & fine flatting techniques. Areas of the vehicle which don’t need painting such as trims, wheels and glass, are masked up.

04

Paint

Our expert paint technicians will respray the prepared surfaces and where authorised, will look to ‘blend’ the colour to ensure a seamless finish. Painted vehicles & parts are then left in a professional paint booth to bake and dry properly.

05

Polish

Newly painted bodywork and panels are then polished to an original factory finish.

06

Rebuild

The vehicle is put back together using undamaged original and new parts, with diagnostic resets and testing carried out as required. If major mechanical or structural work has been carried out the vehicle is also taken for a test drive

07

Wheel Alignment

Depending on the accident damage and incident circumstances, a wheel alignment test might be required to check for potential steering and suspension damage.

08

Clean

The vehicle has a complimentary wash & vac.

09

Quality Control

A comprehensive 36 point check is carried out to ensure repairs are up to our high standards.
