Manufacturers invest huge sums of money to ensure that vehicles achieve high ratings for occupant and pedestrian safety in EuroNCAP tests, which play a huge factor in the vehicle buyer’s decision. However, the results of these ratings only apply up until a vehicle has an accident. It is at this point that the bodyshop of your choice influences the future performance of your car in any subsequent crash. We use manufacturer’s genuine body parts in most cases, and only use certified non-original parts (which have undergone rigorous testing and perform to the same level as manufacturer parts) to either make a repair economically viable or where instructed to do so by an insurer.
